What stays on your iPhone

The app stores imported PDF copies and saved signature profiles locally on your iPhone. They stay there until you delete them or remove the app.

PDF text recognition and optional Apple Foundation Models review run on-device. The app does not send document text to a cloud AI service. Signing edits stay in memory until you export a new PDF.

Files, exports, and backups

You choose the file provider when importing and the destination when exporting. A provider may download or sync files under its own privacy policy. Your original source PDF stays unchanged.

iOS backups may include the app’s local files, depending on your device settings. Just Sign does not provide its own iCloud sync.

Delete your data

To remove your copies:

• Delete imported documents and saved signature profiles in the app, or remove the app to delete its local data.
• Delete exported PDFs separately wherever you saved or shared them.
• Manage existing device backups in Apple’s backup settings.

We do not have access to these local files and cannot delete them for you.

Support email and this website

If you email support, we receive the information you send and use it to respond. Avoid sending private documents or real signatures. The website privacy policy explains hosting, correspondence, and how to request deletion of email.
