JUST SIGN
Support
For help with Just Sign, email hey@dak.dev. Include your iPhone model, iOS and app versions, and what happened. Use a redacted sample if needed; avoid sending private PDFs or actual signatures.
Sign and export a PDF
- Open a PDF using the library’s plus button, or try the sample agreement.
- Create and save a signature profile. Capture your signature with your finger in landscape.
- Review each suggested field, choose your signature, and apply it with the date. Continue through the fields you want to sign.
- Check every placement. Use Adjust to move or resize the signature and date, Undo to remove a placement, or Skip to leave a field blank.
- Use Export to save a new PDF through Files. Export before closing the document; your edits stay in memory until then.
Fix a missed field or import problem
Detection provides suggestions. If a field is missing, use Add signature field in the document options menu and adjust its placement.
- Password-protected PDF: save an unlocked copy, then import it.
- Rotated page: use an upright PDF copy for signing.
- Changes blocked: use a copy that permits annotations.
- File too large: choose a PDF no larger than 50 MB.
Supported files and devices
Just Sign runs on iPhone with iOS 26 or later and accepts PDFs. Image import and iPad are not currently supported. Automatic scanning covers the first 80 pages; review the document and add missed fields manually.
Exports contain handwritten ink and date annotations. They are not certificate-backed digital signatures. Check whether the recipient accepts this kind of signature.
Your original and signed copies
Importing keeps a local copy in the app. Export saves a separate signed PDF to your chosen destination and leaves the original source file unchanged.
